Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Marriage contract of Shirin Jan, daughter of Mirza the tailor, and Ghulam‘ali, ghulam [servant/slave] of Haji ‘Abd Allah (son of Haji Kalb‘ali), dated July 23, 1858. The mahr is eight tumans plus one-sixth of a house in the Shams Abad neighborhood of Khuzan. A note declares that Haji ‘Abd Allah transferred the ownership of one-sixth of the house to Ghulam‘ali. Mulla Muhammad Riza, Haji ‘Abd Allah, and Aqa Baba Khan, sons of the deceased Aqa Muhammad Baqir, son of Haji Kalb ‘Ali from Khuzan, have settled the twelve tumans of the inheritance; dated August 5, 1853. Sale document between Fatimah Baygum and her husband, 1918
Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Husayn and wife of Karbalayi Taqi from Khuzan, sells parts of a house in Shams Abad, which belonged to her according to her marriage contract, to ‘Abd al-Vahhab from Khuzan for fifteen tumans, and the settlement for detriment clause is one hundred dinars and some wheat. Karbalayi Taqi has signed this document.
